Privacy policy

Operator: 123EGGS. This policy covers the current prerelease version of this app and its support pages. The app does not include account registration, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs.

The app handles conduit measurements, bend calculations, bender specifications and calibration values, saved job plans, language, and app settings that you enter. The angle tool may use motion-sensor readings while it is open.

Calculations, calibration values, plans, and settings are stored by the app on your device. The angle tool uses sensor readings for its calculation while open; the app does not send sensor history to a 123EGGS server.

123 Conduit does not send your calculations or saved data to a 123EGGS server. If you import or export a document with the system file picker, the selected file and any destination outside the app may receive that data.

If you choose to send a support email, it may include the text you write, the email address you send from, and optional diagnostics you review and choose to include (app version/build, operating system, device model, and app language). You can remove diagnostics before sending. Saved work, NFC tag contents, passwords, and raw logs are not attached automatically. The app does not automatically upload support reports or collect analytics. Your email provider delivers the message, and the 123EGGS support inbox uses it to reply and investigate issues. Messages are kept only as long as needed for support or legal obligations; you can request deletion through support.

The current 123 Conduit build does not request account or advertising permissions. The angle tool reads motion-sensor data while in use; file import and export use the operating system’s file picker.

Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Operating-system backups and files you export follow the policies of that platform or storage location. 123EGGS does not keep a separate server copy of app data.

Both apps are planned as one-time paid purchases with no subscription or in-app purchases. Google Play or Apple’s App Store handles payment; each marketplace’s policies govern transaction and refund information. The marketplace page will show the price.

You can remove app data through the app or your operating system’s clear-data or uninstall controls. Contact us below to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. 123EGGS aims to request only permissions needed for app features.

We may update this policy when features, platform support, or laws change. The revised policy and its effective date will be posted on this official page.
